What I would do (it has worked with recordings that hat one or two flat notes:)

- Isolate the note(s) you want to correct by cutting the region before and after and putting the snippet on a separate track with the same settings as the original one.

- First try to apply the pitch correction to that new track. If that doesn't lead to a satisfactory result (i.e. in the majority of cases) put the AUPitch effect on the track. You can raise (most probably) or lower the pitch as you like. 100 cents is a semitone, so you would probably start with applying 50 cents and then adjust until the note has the correct pitch.
